Heavy duty, Ex-certified stainless steel / FKM drum pump with manually-operated foot valve, mechanical seal, stainless steel driveshaft continuous duty F460 Ex IP55 totally enclosed motor 230V 50 Hz 460W, 2 m DN21 conductive chemical hose with stainless steel swaged fittings, stainless steel Ex hand nozzle, 2 m earth wire and compression gland (G 2″ male). Alternative FFKM o-rings, 110V motors and compressed air motors available on request.

Description

  • F425 Ex S with stainless steel 316 inner and outer tubes, manually operated PTFE foot valve with FKM o-rings
  • Fitted with ETFE axial 34 mm impeller
  • Max flow 150 LPM, max discharge pressure 0.6 Bar (based on water)
  • 5 x brass shaft support bearings on 1000 mm pump, 6 x on 1200 mm pump
  • Class-leading 6 mm diameter stainless steel driveshaft for maximum service life
  • Fitted with mechanical seal with FKM o-ring, for handling pure, abrasive and crystallizing liquids
  • Serviceable design with all parts available to buy as spares
  • Max liquid temp 100 deg C
  • Suitable for max density 1.3 and max viscosity approx 500 mPas
  • Not suitable for extended dry running (see F424)
  • Supplied with UK 3-pin plug adaptor
