Heavy duty FDA CFR21 / EN1935 approved stainless steel seal-less drum pump, with stainless steel driveshaft, continuous duty F458 IP55 totally enclosed motor 230V 50 Hz 460W, 2 m DN25 food grade hose with stainless steel tri-clamp swaged fittings, stainless steel sanitary grade hand nozzle and compression gland (G 2″ male). Alternative 110V motors and compressed air motors available on request.

  • F427 S pump in stainless steel 316 with unique PTFE plug-in bearing, for class-leading vibration resistance, optimal liquid drainage and extended service life
  • Fitted with stainless steel axial (high flow) impeller
  • Max flow 170 LPM, max discharge pressure 0.8 Bar (based on water)
  • EC 1935/2004 and FDA CFR 21 certified
  • 1 1/2″ clamp outlet
  • Reversible 6 mm stainless 316 driveshaft for optimal stiffness, vibration resistance and double service life
  • Highly polished surface finish with filed and polished welds
  • Two heavy duty radial lip seals
  • For handling pure, non-crystallising liquids
  • Fully serviceable with all parts available to buy as spares
  • Max liquid temp 100 deg
  • Suitable for max density 1.5 and max viscosity approx 700 mPas
  • Not suitable for large quantities of solid particles (see F430 FOOD)
  • Not suitable for flammable liquids with flash-point below 50 Deg C
