Heavy duty aluminium / NBR drum pump with mechanical seal, stainless steel driveshaft, continuous duty FEM4070 motor, 230V 50 Hz 460W, 2 m DN25 petroleum hose with aluminium hand nozzle and compression gland (G2″ male). Alternative 110V motors and compressed air motors available on request. Semi-axial impeller option available for high pressure applications.

Description

  • F430 top-pull inner tube assembly can be removed in seconds for cleaning or maintenance
  • Fitted with ETFE axial (high flow) impeller
  • 500W motor – max open flow 190 LPM @ zero back pressure, max discharge pressure 1 Bar (based on water)
  • 800W motor – max open flow 220 LPM @ zero back pressure, max discharge pressure 1.2 Bar (based on water)
  • 5 x brass shaft support bearings on 1000 mm pump, 6 x on 1200 mm pump
  • Class-leading 6 mm diameter stainless steel driveshaft for maximum service life
  • Fitted with mechanical seal with NBR o-ring
  • Minimal cross-contamination when transferring between different fluids
  • Suitable for liquids containing small solid particles
  • Serviceable design with all parts available to buy as spares
  • Max liquid temp 80 deg C
  • 500W motor suitable for max density 1.5 and max viscosity approx 700 mPas
  • 800W motor suitable for max density 1.9 and max viscosity approx 1000 mPas
  • Not suitable for extended dry running (see F424)
  • Supplied with UK 3-pin plug adaptor
